How do I return an item?

You can return your order on these terms and conditions. To request to return an item, please fill in our returns form. We will then contact you with any charges that apply. 

Please note: 
  • The item you wish to return must not have been used 
  • Always attach a return slip (RMA) to the item 
  • The Carrier service will be arranged by Bosta UK 
  • You agree to any charges - returns due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking charge, plus transit costs to our warehouse in Holland and customs administration fees, a minimum of £50. This will be confirmed by email prior to collection.
