  • Het artikel dat u terug wilt sturen, moet ongebruikt zijn.
  • Voeg altijd een retourbon (RMA) bij het artikel. De retourbon ontvangt u via mail nadat uw aanvraag werd geregistreerd.
  • Gebruik een transportdienst zoals DPD of UPS voor het terugsturen.
  • Door de coronamaatregelen kunt u de artikelen niet bij ons afgeven.
