Galvanised steel slurry pipes fittings for slurry and water pipework

Galvanised steel slurry pipes fittings are used to build and adapt pipe runs for slurry handling components and water transport installations. Relevant components include straight suction pipe, quick coupler pipe, flanges, bends, elbows, T-pieces, Y-pieces, saddles, branch connectors, sockets, bushes, nipples, plugs, caps, nuts and wall conduit. Select components by connection type, pipe diameter, flange pattern and layout position so each item matches the existing pipework.

Pipes and quick coupler sections

Slurry & water pipes cover suction pipe options and quick coupler pipe options for straight pipe runs. Pipe options include galvanised steel suction pipes with plain ends, angle cut or flush cut formats, and quick coupler pipes with female part x male part connections. Perrot and Bauer type coupler references appear on quick coupler pipe products, while selected steel quick coupler pipes are specified as 10 bar.

Flanges, adaptors and connection interfaces

Flanges support connection points between slurry pipe components, adaptors and terminating parts. Options include blind flanges, threaded flanges, backing rings, backing flanges and flange adaptors. Connection formats shown across these products include square flange, DIN flange, male thread and hose tail. Selected flange adaptor products specify 10 bar, DN150 and PN10/16, so rating and flange references should be checked against adjoining components before selection.

Bends, elbows and branch fittings

For changes in direction, bends & elbows are available in 45° and 90° galvanised steel formats, including square flange, DIN flange and hose tail connections. Branching components include T-pieces & Y-pieces with 90° and 45° configurations. Match the angle, branch orientation and connection style to the intended pipe route.

Saddles, closures and wall conduit

Saddles & branch connectors provide branch connection options where a take-off point is required. Plugs, caps and nuts support closure or fastening needs within the same slurry pipe system. Wall conduit is used where pipework must pass through a wall or fixed structure, with galvanised steel square flange formats and multiple variants present.

Choosing slurry pipe systems in galvanised steel

Industrial galvanised slurry fittings should be selected by matching the material, size reference, connection end and installation layout. Dimensions are given in different formats across the products, including millimetres, inches and DN references. Some products also show lengths, such as 2 m or 6 m pipe formats. A replacement component should therefore be compared against the existing pipe, flange, hose tail or coupler before ordering.

Connection compatibility and layout planning

Galvanised steel pipe couplings and pipeline fittings need compatible ends on both sides of the joint. Square flange, DIN flange, hose tail, male thread and Perrot or Bauer quick coupler ends are not interchangeable without a suitable adaptor. Where selected items state 10 bar, PN10/16 or DIN flange details, those values should be treated as key selection criteria for the connected assembly.

Plan the pipe route by separating straight runs, direction changes, branches, terminal points and wall penetrations. Suction pipes and quick coupler pipes suit straight sections, bends and elbows manage route changes, T-pieces and Y-pieces create branches, and flanges or adaptors connect different interfaces. Heavy-duty galvanised pipe fittings should always be chosen with the adjoining component in mind, especially where slurry transport pipes galvanised steel systems include a mix of flanged, threaded and hose tail connections.
