Manifolds for controlled fluid distribution

Manifolds are industrial distribution components used to route fluid through several outlets in measurement, regulation and dosing systems. PA glass fibre reinforced manifolds

PA glass fibre reinforced manifolds are specified with female thread connections and a 10 bar rating. They provide another material and connection option for process manifolds where PA construction, black colour and female threaded ports are required. Check the required thread format before combining these manifold blocks with other pipeline connection components.

Selecting the right manifold block

Select a manifold by checking the connection type first. Male thread, female thread and female thread x male thread configurations are different connection formats and must match the connected components. The number of ways or groups should correspond with the required outlets in the fluid distribution system.

Pressure rating should be checked where it is stated. Specified examples include 8 bar threaded manifolds and 10 bar PA glass fibre reinforced manifolds. Do not apply one pressure assumption across different product types; confirm the rating for the exact manifold before ordering.
