Azud’s Helix range of manual and semi-automatic disc filters are available in 5 to 500 micron. By enabling additional filtration pods to be added in a lateral line, these systems support unlimited flow capacity with minimal impact on pressure or flow disruption.

Azud Helix automatic filtration
Bosta UK offers the Azud Helix Automatic range — the most technically advanced self-cleaning filtration system available today. Engineered to remove both inorganic and organic suspended solids, it ensures a continuous supply of filtered water with no operational flow reduction, thanks to its intelligent sequential backflush technology. Each filter element backflushes independently:
- 7–9 seconds for air-assisted models
- 14–22 seconds for piston-pressured, non-air-assisted models
The impressive reverse Vortex flushing process cleans 98% of trapped particles in the discs. Constructed from high-grade, corrosion-resistant polymers, the Azud Helix automatic system is built for long-term durability and performance.
