Orders will not be dispatched from our central warehouse on 09.05.24 due to a public holiday in the Netherlands. The warehouse will be open again on 10.05.24. Orders dispatched from our UK warehouse are unaffected.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or incorrect use. If you wish to make a claim against the warranty, we will examine the item to see whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a user fault. Please note, unnecessary call outs, e.g. for a user fault, may incur a charge of £100 plus VAT.
