Our office will be closed on Monday, 25th August for the August Bank Holiday. Orders placed during this time will still be processed and dispatched as normal. The office will be open again from 09.00 on Tuesday 26th August.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or incorrect use. If you wish to make a claim against the warranty, we will examine the item to see whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a user fault. Please note, unnecessary call outs, e.g. for a user fault, may incur a charge of £100 plus VAT.
