Order by 12pm on 15.12.25 for expected pre-Christmas delivery. The office will close on 23.12.25 at 5pm and reopen on January 5th 2026. The webshop is open throughout the festive season.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or incorrect use. If you wish to make a claim against the warranty, we will examine the item to see whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a user fault. Please note, unnecessary call outs, e.g. for a user fault, may incur a charge of £100 plus VAT.
