The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or incorrect use. If you wish to make a claim against the warranty, we will examine the item to see whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a user fault. Please note, unnecessary call outs, e.g. for a user fault, may incur a charge of £100 plus VAT.
